The Anti-corruption court accepted into the proceedings another statement of claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscating from Samvel Darbinyan, former Head of Vanadzor community and related persons the following: 

• 3 immovable properties in city of Yerevan and 4 immovable properties in the city of Vanadzor
• 1 transportation means
• Shares in 3  legal persons
• AMD 165 million 664 thousand as a sum of the remainder of an illicit income and funds transferred to bona fide third persons and not substantiated by a lawful income.
