Prosecutor General talked with the cadets of the Military Academy named after V. Sargsyan about the issues related to maintaining statutory relations between servicemen, as well as disciplinary issues in the army

The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, received the cadets of the Military Academy named after Vazgen Sargsyan on November 10, 2024, within the framework of the Leadership School.

 

The meeting was attended by Grigor Elizbaryan, the RA Military Prosecutor, RA Deputy Prosecutor General, Samvel Movsisyan, the Head of “Leadership School” Foundation and Arkadik Tovmasyan, Lecturer at the Military Academy named after Vazgen Sargsyan.

 

During the meeting, Anna Vardapetyan talked with the future officers about the maintenance of statutory relations between servicemen, discipline conflict management issues in the army, referred to the activities carried out jointly with the RA Ministry of Defense in the direction of crime prevention in the RA Armed Forces.

 

Answering cadets on what skills a leader, including an officer, should have, the RA Prosecutor General stated: "It is necessary to know the legislation of the sphere, started from the orders of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia to the laws, to show a balanced behavior in any situation, to constantly improve skills of managing emotions, to keep the brain in a "trained" state, to read smart books and listen to high-quality music, without avoiding communicating with people of different qualities, in order to constantly improve the skills of recognizing a person, to understand the cause-and-effect relationships of a person's behavior, not to give in to provocations, to be fair, to have the will to protect people within the legal framework."

 

Samvel Movsisyan, the head of the "Leadership School" Foundation, thanked the Prosecutor General of the Republic for the initiative of the meeting and for the discussion of important issues with future officers.
