On October 15, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted into proceeding another case filed by the Prosecutor General's Office regarding confiscation of property of illegal origin.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office claimed the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from the Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City, Artush Gabrielyan and his affiliates:

• 5 immovable properties,
• 4 means of transportation,
• participation in 1 legal entity,
• AMD 62 million 811 thousands,
• an amount equal to the average market value of 1 residential house.
