On September 4, 2023, the lawsuit filed by the Department of State Interest Protection of the General Prosecutor's Office was granted with the judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court, and the property right of the Republic of Armenia was recovered (recognized) to the plot of land with a total area of ​​5,000 square meters adjacent to the settlement of Aghavnadzor in Kotayk Region. On September 12, 2024, the RA property right was registered to the plot.

According to the court's decision, the land plot with a cadastral value of AMD 9 million 388 thousand, was recognized as a "specially protected area" and was given the address 26, Aghavni’s aghbyur district, Aghavnadzor village, Tsaghkadzor community, Kotayk Region.

In general, 14 civil lawsuits were submitted by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the lands of the forest fund outside the administrative boundaries of the communities of Kotayk region, within which the auctions of plots with an area of ​​465 thousand 770 square meters are still underway. 8 out of the lawsuits were ruled in favor of the state. 4 judgments entered into legal force, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered for the plot of land with a total area of ​​60 thousand 197 square meters.
