Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia awarded the request of the competent authority of the Federal Republic of Germany. M.B. who was charged with fraud in especially large amounts committed by a criminal organization was extradited to the competent authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany.

In the scope of the discussion of request for extradition, the authorities cooperated with Germany also through European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust).
