Delegates from ten European countries and international organizations arriving in Armenia by the invitation of the Prosecutor General, visited Matenadaran

Delegates from ten European countries and international organizations, arriving in Armenia by the invitation of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, visited the “Matenadaran” Research Institute of Ancient Manuscripts named after Mesrop Mashtots. 

 

The European prosecutors and representatives of international organizations toured the exhibition halls of the museum and got acquainted with the Armenian handwritten heritage, accompanied by the director of the Matenadaran, Ara Khzmalyan.

 

The solo concert of Hayk Melikyan, Honored Artist of Armenia followed the tour.

 

Based on the order of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General, Hayk Melikyan, Honored Artist of Armenia was awarded with a souvenir watch of the RA Prosecutor's Office

 

Let us remind that the delegations are participating in the high-level conference entitled “Strengthening the effectiveness of international cooperation in fighting transnational organized crime”, organized by the Prosecutor General’s Office and European Council.
