On March 26, 2024 the prosecutor signed the indictment regarding A. Gh., holding the highest status of criminal hierarchy and submitted it to the court with the materials of the case.

Let us remind that on March 21, 2022 the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against A. Gh., for maintaining the highest status of criminal hierarchy (part 1 of article 322 of the Criminal Code).

In the scope of the criminal proceedings initiated on November 2, 2022, it was found out that in 1991, in Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation, A. Gh. was “crowned” in the presence of individuals having highest status of criminal hierarchy and obtained the highest status of criminal hierarchy—“thief-in-law” and maintained that status(not permitted by law) until November 1, 2022.

Combined measures of restraint were applied against A.Gh.—ban on absence and bail in the amount of AMD 20 million.

Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code—by the judgment came into legal force.
