On January 15, 2024, the Anti-corruption court accepted into the proceedings 95 statements of claim on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscating in favor of the Republic of Armenia, from G.Manukyan, director of open joint-stock company and related parties the following.

• 5 immovable properties,
• 1 transportation means,
• 10 thousand 782 shares of the Open Joint Stock Company,

• AMD 1 billion 233 million 132 thousand (AMD 735 million 654 thousand which is not substantiated by the lawful income of the person, has an illicit origin and is transferred to the bona fide purchaser or can’t be identified and confiscated, AMD 491 million 246 thousand as an income received from the use of the property of illicit origin and AMD 6 million 230 thousand as a deposit).
