Staff reforms in the Prosecutor’s Office are going on

Several staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor’s Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, dated January 10, 2024. 

 

  • Armen Panosyan, Head of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Head of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Armen Gevorgyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Head of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office
  • Vahagn Muradyan, Head of the Department of Crimes against Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia.
  • Gevorg Sargsyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Hayk Hovhannisyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Gorik Hovakimyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Vache Ghazaryan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Ara Manukyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Lianna Hakobyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Tsovak Mnatsakanyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Vanand Asatryan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Vahan Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Penalties and Other Means of Compulsion of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Robert Mheryan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, the State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Davit Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.  
  • Kim Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA NSS of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Gayane Gasparyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Crimes against Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Penalties and Other Means of Compulsion of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Armine Mkrtchyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Crimes against Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Penalties and Other Means of Compulsion of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
  • Gohar Adonts, Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s Office of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of Syunik Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
