S.Gh. the former head of Stepanavan community of Lori region, by abusing his official powers and committing official forgery,  alienated territories of the park, not subject to transfer to the citizens and legal persons under the right of ownership and included in the list of restrictions defined by article 60 of the Land Code. Afterwards, for the purpose of hiding and distorting the origin of property obtained through crime and legitimizing the immovable property under the light of lawful activity, S.Gh. transferred the territories of the park to his affiliated persons.

On October 31, 2023 the Prosecutor initiated a new public criminal prosecution against S.Gh. under part 2 of article 308 (1 count), part 1 of article 308 (11 counts), point 2 of part 2 of article 190 (2 counts), points 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 190 (one count) and part 1 of article 314 (6 counts) of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003.   

Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code—by the judgment came into legal force.
