On July 4, 2017, a contract for the supply of 240 tons of antifreeze was signed between “Mosesco” LLC and the Ministry of Defense for AMD 94 million 320 thousand. According to the contract, the Company was obliged to supply 80 thousand kg in July 2017 and 160 thousand kg in the 3^rd quarter of 2017 in accordance with the established procedure and schedule.

In 2017, “Mosesco” LLC allegedly supplied 240 thousand kg of antifreeze, in the case that the mentioned company imported 116 thousand 900 kg of antifreeze to the Republic of Armenia in 2017, of which 105 thousand 810 kg were supplied to the Ministry of Defense (20 thousand 790 out of 105 thousand 810 kg were returned).

Despite the fact that the Company did not actually deliver 154 thousand 980 kg out of the planned 240 thousand kg to the Ministry of Defense, R.B., the Chairman of the Commission, Commander of the Military Unit,  A.P., A.A. and S. K., the members of the Commission prepared and signed false documents regarding the supply of 154 thousand 980 kg of antifreeze to the military unit by the Company for their own profit.

On October 16, 2023, the Prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against K.G. under Clause 1, Part 3 of Article 178 of the Criminal Code adopted on 04.18.2003, Part 1 of Article 325 and Part 1 of Article 38-314; against R.B. — under Clause 1, Part 3 of Article 38-178, Part 1 of Article 314, against A.P. — under Clause 1, Part 3 of Article 38-178, Part 1 of Article 314, against A.A. — under Clause 1, Part 3 of Article 38-178, Part 1 of Article 314, against S.K. — under Clause 1, Part 3 of Article 38-178, Part 1 of Article 314.

On October 19, 2023, the Prosecutor approved the indictment and submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court with the proceedings’ files.
