In 2012-2016, H.P., who held the position of Minister of Culture of the RA, using her official powers, aided the criminal group organized and headed by A.S., Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, to embezzle the 300 sq. m. area, separated from the land parcel, located at 36 Koghbatsi Street, which had been provided to “Yerevan Secondary Music School named after P. Tchaikovsky” with the right of free use.  

On September 27, 20232 the Prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecutiuon  against H.P. Based on the application submitted by H.P., the investigator made a decision to conduct proceedings in the absence of the accused.

On October 4, 2023, the Prosecutor approved the indictment against H.P. and submitted it to the Anti-Corruption Court with the proceedings.
