On September 19, 2023, H.H., a resident of Dilijan, Tavush Region, made public calls on his Facebook page to seize power and overthrow the constitutional order through a military coup.

On September 19, 2023, the Serious Crimes Division of the Investigative Department of Yerevan initiated criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 422 of the Criminal Code.

On October 3, 2023, the Prosecutor approved the indictment and along with the materials of the criminal case, submitted it to the First-Instance Criminal Court of Tavush Region.
