From June 2021 until July 7, 2021 A.B. carried out business activity (without a license or state registration) in one of rooms of a club located at Sayat Nova Avenue, city of Yerevan,

It was found out by the examination that for the purpose of gaining profit A.B.  organized and with the help of dealers M.B. and A.D. regularly held a game of chance of "Poker".

As a result a damage in the amount of AMD 11 billion was caused to the State.

 On September 15, 2023 the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against A.B. under point 1 of part 3 of article 188 and against M.B. and A.D. under point 1 of part 3 of article 38-188 of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003. 

 On September 28, 2023 the prosecutor signed the indictment and submitted to the Criminal Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan with the materials of the case.

On the same day the prosecutor submitted a property claim with the requirement to confiscate the damage in the amount of AMD 11 billion caused to the state.
