On August 24, 2023 the Anti-corruption court accepted the statement of claim regarding the confiscation of property of illicit origin into the proceedings.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscating from R.N., former Chairman of the Public Service Regulation Commission and persons related to him in favor of the Republic of Armenia, particularly

• 8 immovable properties in the city of Yerevan, 3 transportation means and where impossible, the average market value thereof, more than AMD 1 billion 430 million;

• deposits and bonds equivalent to AMD 734 million;

• more than AMD 1 billion 705 million.
