On June 9, 2023 the prosecutor signed the indictment under the case related to the violated rights of M.S., and submitted it with the materials of the case to the First Instance Court.

We would like to remind that, the citizen M.S., announced a hunger-strike in front of the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office complaining from injustice and protection, asking to take steps to restore his violated rights.

During the preliminary examination of the criminal proceedings it was found out that M.K., appropriated money in especially large amounts from different individuals through deception.

On June 6, 2023 the materials of the criminal proceedings initiated on the basis of the charges brought against M.K. under point 3 of part 3 of article 255, point 2 of part 3 of article 393 of the Criminal Code were received in the Prosecutor General’s Office. 

Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code—by the judgment came into legal force.
