On 19 December 2022 the indictment and materials of the criminal case regarding A.S. and G.B., who had committed acts of hooliganism against A.Q. and S.G., Members of Parliament, were sent to the First Instance Court of Yerevan.

G.B. participated in the meeting held for obstructing the normal activity of the National Assembly on 28 December 2020, at 09:00-11:30. He deliberately violated the public order together with a group of people.

G.B. hit the official car of A.Q., a Parliament Member with eggs and snowballs. G.B. was taken to the Arabkir Police Department.

The meeting participants went on committing hooliganism and closed the traffic section of Demirchyan street around 11:00. S.A. and other participants of the meeting obstructed the traffic of S.G.’s car, a Parliament Member, arriving at the place of his work, uttered obscene expressions. In order to involve S.G. in an argument, they hit his car.

S.A. and unidentified participants shouted obscene expressions of sexual nature, hit S.G. with eggs, pulled him and kicked different parts of his body.

According to the decision of the supervising prosecutor, on 12 December 2022, a public criminal prosecution was initiated against G.B. and A.S. under Part 1 of Article 195 and Clause 1, Part 2 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code of the RA.
